Return Policy

All sales are final.  No returns will be accepted.  If your order is defective, please call (716) 390-2344 or e-mail charity@scripturalsentiments.com with the details for a possible replacement.

Payment

Customers are required to submit payment when ordering.  Payment may be made by credit card only (Visa or MasterCard).  Payment may be made online at www.scripturalsentiments.com through PowerPay.

Shipping Policy

Disclaimer:  It is the customer’s responsibility to consider the Shipping & Handling (S&H) time to insure delivery to recipient in a timely manner.  We are not responsible for a delay in the delivery of an order if the delay is caused by the carrier.  No tracking is available on orders. 

Within the USA:

A charge of $1.00 is added to each greeting card ordered to cover S&H.  Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) only.  Expect to receive your order within 7-10 business days if the items ordered are in stock.

Outside the USA:

A charge of $2.00 is added to each greeting card ordered to cover S&H.  Orders are shipped internationally via the USPS only.  Please allow 2 to 8 weeks for delivery.  We have limited ability to understand your order in languages other than English.  You may incur tax or duty charges in your country over which we have no control.

Gift Orders

To send greeting cards directly to recipient, submit a separate order for each recipient, providing a "Ship To" address as well as a desired delivery date (please allow ample time for shipping to insure delivery to recipient in a timely manner).  When ordering, you also have the option of including a personalized message to be printed in the recipient’s card free of charge.  Shipping and Handling charges apply to each order.  No packing slip will be shipped to the recipient. 

Security Policy

Scriptural Sentiments by Charity utilizes PowerPay for its online ordering system.  We are committed to protecting the personally identifiable information of our customers.  To ensure your personal information is protected Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology is utilized.  All confidential payment information is transmitted directly to the PowerPay system.  No employee of Scriptural Sentiments by Charity will ever have access to your credit card information.  No credit card information is stored on any database of Scriptural Sentiments by Charity.

Privacy Policy

We value and respect the privacy of every customer.  Scriptural Sentiments by Charity will never resell or disclose customer information gathered through the online ordering process to a third party not affiliated with the company.  All information obtained is used to complete and confirm your order, track your order, and to detect or prevent fraud or abuse.

During the ordering process, you will be asked if you wish to receive future communications from Scriptural Sentiments by Charity.  These communications may contain information directly related to the products offered online, such as special offers or information on new product releases; information regarding the company; or any other communication created specifically to help you share the love of Jesus with the ones you love.  We may also contact you if you send us an e-mail requesting us to do so.  You will not receive future communications from Scriptural Sentiments by Charity if you do not click the opt-in selection during the ordering process.
